Tequila Sweet & Wild - "Willa" - Orange/White Female born 2/20/16

"WILLA" is very sweet, but despite her name, she is rarely wild! For a puppy her age, she is pretty laid-back and able to behave herself in the house, where she likes to come in, play and chew on a bone for a while before laying down for a nap. Even better if she can nap on your lap! She sleeps and travels in a crate, and never makes a fuss or a mess in one.

In the field, Willa is very inquisitive and has already learned to find and hold point on quail for a long time (at least until she sees them fly or move -- then she will give them a good chase!). She has also had some exposure to wild birds this summer in Montana. Thus far, Willa has shown moderate range in the field, and is eager to please. She seems to be a quick learner and we think she will be very happy to do whatever her new owners would like to do! She's looking for a home where she can have plenty of love and attention in the house with her new family, and also get some time in the field. Videos of Willa pointing quail: Video #1 | Video #2

Willa is from a repeat breeding, so she has several brothers and sisters who have been making their owners very happy both at home and in the field. We are happy to provide references to their owners. You can see photos and details on Willa's parents on this page.

She will be traveling with us during our fall field trial season in the midwest. Transport with friends from nearby states may be arranged, or she can fly by air after about October 5. She is AKC registered, current on all vaccinations, will be guaranteed in writing and we always offer to take any of our dogs back at any time, for any reason (though we rarely have an owner want to part with one!). We will offer a 1-year membership in the American Brittany Club to her new owner. Price is $1800 and a promise to send pictures and updates as she grows up!
