Tripp is the boy I kept from Taryn's first litter by NFC/FC/AFC Shambo's Dark Shadow. He is an absolute sweetheart who's impossible not to love, and a bang-up bird dog to boot. He was the most consistent of the litter in juvenile field trial stakes, placing in nearly every Puppy & Derby stake he ran, no matter how many dogs he competed against.

After spending the fall of 2009 learning on wild birds in Idaho, hunting regularly with a friend and getting some good house time, Tripp was back to the field trial scene in 2010. He earned the Runner-Up spot at the ABC Western Gun Dog Futurity, and then placed in every trial following, culminating with back-to-back wins in Texas -- 1st in the ABC Central Gun Dog Futurity and 1st in Open Derby at West Texas to finish up his juvenile field points! We look forward to his future competition as a big running, hard pointing, high class bird finding machine!

Tripp is for sale on the condition that he stays with our trainer, Ed Tillson until completing his Field Championship. He will make a fun and very competitive dog for an amateur handler, and we would like to see him get that chance. Tripp is a very loving boy who is well behaved and gets along with everyone, so it is important that he be able to live in the house with his new owner. Contact me for details.
