Rock-Z was supposed to be a liver girl...but as we soon learned, this one has a mind of her own!!  Very much her mother's daughter in attitude, RockZ is sure the world is supposed to revolve around HER!  She therefore had to have a "Z" name in honor of her mother, Zelda. The other part is a tribute to her paternal grandsire, my old dog Rock.

Rock-Z made her debut with a placement at her first trial in Fall 2010, and graduated from Puppy stakes with three consecutive 1st place wins at the end of the fall season. She started in Derby in February 2011 with a placement in her first try, and earned her Derby points by winning a very competitive 25 dog stake in Fall 2011. Rock-Z was leased by Dawn & Joe Droel of Sovereign Brittanys and bred to frozen semen from our Am/Can Ch. Alar's The Rocketeer, SH, Am/Can CD, which gave us BISS GCh. Sovereign Alar Rock Foundation "Camo". After a lot of consideration, Rock-Z later went to live with two other Alar Brittanys in Virginia where she lives a very contented life!
