ROWDY is a lovely Dual Champion who finished his show championship with ease, and his Field Championship with two big wins. He placed 3rd in the 2009 National Field Championship with handler Ed Tillson, and is now back with his owners to finish up his Amateur Field Championship. Rowdy has speed, determination and intelligence in his run and hunting ability, points with style, and has a very sweet personality that makes him a lot of fun to be around. The top side of Rowdy's pedigree consists of oustanding field, show, and Dual Brittanys while his dam's side shows a strong hunting background, and dogs that have also proven themselves to be producers of excellent field trial competitors. Rowdy is OFA certified "Excellent". We have been extremely pleased with our first breeding to Rowdy out of DC Almaden's Lone Shadow Dancer (Skye's aunt), which produced the very talented and beautiful Ch. Almaden's Timber Ridge Tess. "Tess" finished her show title in 1 month and has multiple Puppy and Derby stake wins in the field. We hope for more of the same with this cross!

SKYE is our first "homebred" Dual Champion! We are very proud that the combination of proven field ability, conformation, temperament, health and style came together in all the excellent qualities that Skye has brought to life. A very loving house dog when she's at home, Skye has also been a successful hunting companion as well as a strong competitor in both shows and field trials. She finished her show title easily with two wins at specialty shows, and was always an impressive contender in field trials, culminating with two major wins in Gun Dog stakes to complete her title in February 2011.
