"Fannie Skye", as she is known to her owners, is the star of Dancer & Halley's litter. She is proving herself to be a strong contender in both field and show - just what we were hoping to accomplish with this breeding. She is a strong, naturally front-running, intelligent hunter who almost always finds birds and points them with style. She also has an irresistible temperament that makes her a favorite of just about everyone who spends time with her.
In shows, Skye has twice gotten Winners at specialties,
once Best in Sweepstakes and three times Best of Opposite Sex in Sweepstakes.
She is very close to completing her show championship, and will continue
to be shown on occasion as her field trial schedule allows. Skye completed
her juvenile field trial career with 14 placements in 14 trials! She is
now in training with Ed
Tillson for future Gun Dog competition. Skye has a sister just starting
her show and field career, and a brother winning in the show ring in Australia
(see pictures below).
