"Fannie Skye", as she is known to her owners, is the star of Dancer & Halley's litter. I fell in love with Dancer the first time I saw him at the Victoire Nationale when he was just under 2 years old, and knew I wanted to breed to him, which I did before he even finished his field titles - and am I glad! Skye proved to be everything we had hoped for from this breeding, a strong contender in both field and show who also has an irresistible temperament that makes her a favorite of just about everyone who spends time with her.
In shows, Skye started with one Best in Sweepstakes and three Best of Opposite Sex in Sweepstakes. She finished her championship with two wins at specialty shows, shown sparingly as her field trial schedule allowed.
Skye completed her juvenile field trial career with 14 placements in 14 trials! While I handled her to her show title and a few of her juvenile placements, she was trained and handled to her Field Championship by Ed Tillson. Skye is an exciting, powerful, intelligent and big-running Gun Dog that is a thrill to watch. She completed her Dual Championship in February 2011 had her last litter by DC Lost Creek Timber Ridge, from which we kept DC/AFC Alar's Dirty Dancer. Skye is enjoying retirement at home in Oregon.
